    Career Meet 2026, jointly organized by the Kottayam District Employment Office and Toms College of Engineering and Polytechnic, was successfully conducted on January 27, 2026, at the Toms College campus. The program aimed to provide comprehensive career guidance, industry insights, and employability awareness to students from diverse academic backgrounds.

    The event was formally inaugurated by the Chairman of Toms College of Engineering and Polytechnic, Professor Tom T. Joseph, who emphasized the importance of career planning, skill development, and industry readiness among students. In his inaugural address, he highlighted the institution’s commitment to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world career requirements.

    A key highlight of Career Meet 2026 was the interactive and insightful sessions led by renowned career trainer and motivational speaker, Dr. Joju John.
