Director’s Profile

Dr. Paul A J, Director of TOMS College of Engineering, has obtained Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E) from Bangalore University (University Visveswaraya College of Engineering) in 1982, Master’s degree (M.Tech.) from Kerala University (College of Engineering, Trivandrum) in 1989 and Ph.D. degree from Cochin University of Science & Technology in 2012. He has been a Senior Scientist/Engineer in the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC), Trivandrum and ISRO Satellite Center (ISAC), Bangalore for more than 20 years before joining academics. He has a rich academic experience of 15 years serving in various capacities (Professor/HOD/Dean PG/Principal) in different Engineering Colleges in Kerala. He has 16 research papers published in National and International Journals and conference proceedings to his credit. His research interests are in the areas of secure communication and high-speed image encryption.
