Admission & Eligibility: B.Sc. Psychology (2026-27)

Academic Requirements

To be eligible for the B.Sc. Psychology (Honours) program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Qualifying Examination: Successful completion of Higher Secondary (Plus Two/12th) or an equivalent examination recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.
Stream: Candidates from any stream (Science, Humanities, or Commerce) are eligible to apply. However, students with a background in Science or Psychology at the +2 level will find an advantage in the foundational modules.
Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination. (A 5% relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per University/Government norms).

Age & Physical Requirements

Minimum Age: Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as of the date of admission.
