Scope for Aeronautical Engineering? May 9, 2020 Being an aeronautical engineer is a dream for many. This is easily justifiable as the industry is growing at a fast pace in India and we aspire to be the largest aerospace market in the world by 2030! Hence, we can safely say that there’s no scarcity when it comes to opportunities.

They can get jobs in the field of testing, designing, manufacturing, constructing or testing the aircraft. Apart from these, students can appear for many exams like bank, clerical and probationary officers’ exams, IES exams, etc. The candidates can also appear for various tests conducted by navy, army or ISRO.  A person who opts for this can also shine in the field of teaching after the completion of their master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

 

Aeronautical Engineers manage every detail of Air and Space crafts from conception to final product. They handle the design, production, engineering and maintenance of airborne vehicles. Aeronautical engineers tasked with finding ways to improve flight safety and fuel efficiency. There requirements for reducing costs and the overall environmental impact of air travel.
