B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission 2026

TOMS College of Engineering, Mattakkara, offers Lateral Entry admissions for all its major B.Tech branches. This program allows you to save one year and graduate with a B.Tech degree in just three years.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the B.Tech Lateral Entry program at TOMS, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: A pass in a three-year Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a State Board of Technical Education or equivalent.
• Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate marks in the Diploma examination (40% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates).
• Entrance Exam: Candidates must appear for the Kerala Lateral Entrance Test (LET) conducted by the LBS Centre for Science and Technology. A valid rank in LET 2026 is mandatory for admission under both Government and Management quotas.
