    2 days Boot camp and FDP Two-Day National Bootcamp & Faculty Development Programme (FDP) Successfully Concluded at Aasramam Training College A highly impactful two day Bootcamp and Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was successfully organized at the Aasramam Training College, Vazhavara, Idukki, on April 26 and 27. The intensive program was aimed at enhancing pedagogical skills, fostering academic innovation, and equipping educators and participants with modern methodologies to meet evolving educational standards. The event commenced with an auspicious inaugural ceremony. *Prof. Tom T. Joseph officially inaugurated the two-day program. In his inaugural address, Prof. Joseph emphasized the critical need for continuous learning among educators and the vital role such bootcamps play in shaping the future of higher education. Delivering the keynote address, Dr. Bose Tom (Principal) shed light on the changing paradigms of modern education. He highlighted the importance of integrating structured, innovative teaching systems to improve student engagement and academic outcomes, setting an inspiring tone for the technical sessions that followed. The core technical sessions of the bootcamp were led by the distinguished resource person, Mr. Siby Vazhavara Director Aasramam TrainingCollege. Across the two days, Mr.Siby Vazhavara delivered deeply insightful and interactive sessions, providing participants with practical tools, strategic insights, and hands-on training tailored to contemporary academic environments. Institutional Leadership The seamless execution of the entire event was spearheaded by Prof. Joby Joseph, who served as the Chief Coordinator.
