Shani T. Kuttappan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Toms Arts and Science College, Mattakkara, affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Taxation from Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha, affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM). She is committed to delivering quality management education through student-centred teaching, practical learning, and academic excellence.

With a blend of industrial and academic experience, Ms. Shani has gained valuable professional exposure in accounting, office administration, and teaching. Her industry experience enables her to bridge theoretical concepts with real-world business practices, helping students develop a practical understanding of management and organizational functions.

Her teaching interests include Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Strategic Management, Business and Sustainable Development, and Principles of Management. She is dedicated to learner-centred teaching, ICT-enabled instruction, and outcome-based education, fostering critical thinking, professional competence, and leadership qualities among students.

Ms. Shani actively contributes to curriculum development, student mentoring, academic administration, and various institutional initiatives. She believes in creating an engaging learning environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement while preparing students for the dynamic corporate world.

Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Women Entrepreneurship. She continuously enhances her professional knowledge by participating in Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), seminars, workshops, and academic training programmes, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence.
